Software is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting for 10-15 portfolio software businesses. This position requires strong technical accounting skills and experience in multi-entity environments. You will collaborate with external resources and internal finance to maintain high standards of financial reporting and operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Own month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Approve journal entries and financial statements
- Partner with FP&A; for aligned financial modeling
- Manage outsourced accounting teams and their deliverables
- Lead the integration of new company acquisitions Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience in multi-entity setups
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and consolidation
