Job Summary

Duties

- Provide pick-up service at a nearby school.
- Plan and implement engaging after-school activities that promote academic achievement, social skills, and creativity.
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring in various subjects, tailoring instruction to meet individual student needs.
- Supervise students during program hours, ensuring safety and adherence to behavioral guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community partners to support student progress and address any challenges.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by fostering positive relationships with students and encouraging their active participation.
- Organize educational materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Track student attendance, progress,



and behavior to inform program improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring with a passion for supporting student development.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes respect.
- Energetic attitude with the flexibility to adapt activities based on student interests and needs.
- Basic understanding of child safety protocols and behavior management strategies.
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or extracurricular setting is preferred.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
- Collaborate to help parents to understand our school and services.
