Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and manage check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional environment for all clients.

- Support team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous customer service experience is a must.

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanour.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Availability to work shifts until 7:00 p.m.
