Titre/Title : Analyste d'affaires SIRH / HRIS Business Analyst

Lieu/Location : Montréal / Montreal, 6 jours par mois / 6 days per month – 37,5 heures/semaine / 37.5 hours/week

Durée/Duration : Jusqu'à la fin décembre 2027 / Until the end of December 2027

Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

- 15 ans d'expérience en TI

- 10 ans en analyse d'affaires, idéalement dans des projets de transformation numérique ou d'implantation de solutions technologiques.

- 5 ans d'expérience concrète en analyse de processus d'affaires liés aux ressources humaines et SIRH.

- Posséder une bonne compréhension des principaux processus RH : recrutement, dotation, formation, développement des compétences et gestion administrative.

- Expérience en collecte, analyse, documentation et formalisation des besoins d'affaires et des exigences fonctionnelles.

- Bonne connaissance de l'environnement Microsoft 365 et de Microsoft Power Platform.

- Capacité à analyser les besoins d'affaires et à les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles et technologiques adaptées.

- Expérience en choix de solution technologique SIRH

- Bonne compréhension des enjeux d'intégration de solutions dans un environnement technologique corporatif.

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

- 15 years of experience in IT.

- 10 years of experience in business analysis, ideally on digital transformation projects or technology solution implementations.

- 5 years of hands-on experience analyzing business processes related to Human Resources (HR) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

- Strong understanding of key HR processes, including recruitment, staffing, training, skills development, and HR administration.

- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and formalizing business needs and functional requirements.

- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into appropriate functional and technological solutions.

- Experience selecting HRIS technology solutions.

- Good understanding of the challenges involved in integrating solutions into a corporate technology setting.

- French language proficiency is required.

Assets

- Knowledge of platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP, including their functionalities applicable to Human Resources.
