As the Current Business Development Manager, you will be the growth commercial engine for AMT driving the development of current customers and new business. Reporting directly to the President/General Manager, you will own, manage and execute the outside sales strategy by developing new leads/markets/industries and supporting the outside sales representatives (if applicable). You will track performance and personally drive key customer development/relationships in assigned territory.
You will work closely with the Operations and Inside Sales/Estimating teams to align sales activity with plant capacity and profit objectives ensuring growth to meet Orders KPIs and margin discipline.
