Assistant (Finishing) Superintendent (High Rise – Burnaby)

As an Assistant Superintendent focused on finishing, you'll help bring our multi-family residential communities to life at sites across the Lower Mainland. You'll work closely with trades and site teams to keep construction moving, ensure work is done safely and see that every detail meets our standards for quality.

You know that building great homes takes planning, teamwork and attention to detail. You're proactive, keep people connected and take pride in finding solutions that keep work on track. From the teams you work with to the homes you help build, you care about getting things right.

You know what you are doing. You have helped lead concrete multi-family residential projects from start to finish and have a demonstrated track record of delivering quality, safely executed work at all stages of a project. You like to “do it right the first time”.

You are a natural leader who sets a positive tone from the top. You know how to bring out the best in others, whether that is your fellow colleagues, trades, sub-trades, or labourers.

You have excellent communication skills and can adapt your approach to suit the moment, and the person. You have grit and a can-do attitude when confronted with obstacles or challenges.

Finally, you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and are passionate about delivering work to be proud of.
