MUTTARTS LAW FIRM has an immediate opening for an ASSOCIATE LAWYER interested in building or expanding a practice in a small firm in the business centre of the Annapolis Valley.

The lawyer will have interest and at least three years of experience practicing in Nova Scotia in at least two of the following areas of law: corporate, commercial, real estate, estate planning and probate. Experience in other areas of law and the adoption and use of AI are assets.

Demonstrated volunteerism and client development activities are also assets. It is expected that the lawyer will be or become engaged with the local community.

SALARY will be commensurate with experience.

- Strong typing skills and significant experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with PC Law or other legal accounting software is an asset
