About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Net Suite Consultant to support client implementations, optimization initiatives, and ongoing Net Suite transformation projects.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a consultant who brings strong hands-on Net Suite experience, a background supporting ERP implementations, and the ability to work directly with clients to translate business requirements into effective Net Suite solutions.
You’ll work closely with project managers, solution architects, technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support Net Suite implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
Work directly with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and system requirements.
Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design workshops.
Translate business requirements into scalable Net Suite configurations and solutions.
Configure Net Suite functionality based on client requirements and industry best practices.
Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Develop functional requirements, solution designs, process documentation, and configuration documentation.
Lead or participate in UAT ,



including test planning, test scripts, issue identification, and resolution.
Troubleshoot functional and system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on customizations, integrations, workflows, and automation.
Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
Assist with third-party integrations and understand how external systems interact with Net Suite.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, eliminate manual work, and maximize the client's Net Suite investment.
Provide Net Suite best-practice recommendations throughout client engagements.
Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to project leadership and client stakeholders.
Support multiple client engagements and priorities as needed.

5+ years of hands-on Net Suite experience preferred.
Proven experience supporting Net Suite implementations, enhancements, or optimization projects.
Strong understanding of Net Suite configuration and functionality.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Net Suite solutions.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients.
Ability to independently manage assigned workstreams and deliverables.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes and how they translate into Net Suite.
Experience with testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with a Net Suite consulting firm, Solution Provider, or implementation partner.
Net Suite certifications.
Net Suite One World experience.
Experience with multi-subsidiary and/or multi-currency environments.
Experience with integrations and middleware platforms.
Exposure to Suite Script or other Net Suite technical tools.
Experience supporting data migrations.
Experience with business process transformation and ERP optimization.
Functional expertise in accounting, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or another relevant business area.
