Overview

As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires as well as performing oil & lube services while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Perform oil & lube services (Engine oil , transmission oil, coolant, brake fluid, differential fluid, power steering fluid).
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Provide maintenance services including balancing and alignment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest tire technology and automotive repair techniques.
- Inspect vehicles for other mechanical and suspension related issues

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years previous dealership or mechanic experience is required




- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and tire maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations.
- Experience in automotive repair is a plus but not mandatory.

- Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) in English fluently.
