We are currently looking for an experienced AZ Driver for a full-time position based in Oakville, Ontario, working with Tripar.
Pay: $25/hour
Status: Subcontractor / Incorporated Driver
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Location: Oakville, ON
Schedule: Full-time
Daily ResponsibilitiesReporting Time – 7:00 AM
- Arrive at the yard by 7:00 AM.
- Report to the office and collect your paperwork from Dispatch.
- Start the truck and complete a full pre-trip inspection.
- Hook up the trailer and inspect it properly.
- Ensure that the load is properly secured and protected before departure.
- Driver must be ready to leave the yard by 7:30 AM.
Deliveries
- Proceed to the first assigned delivery.
- Contact Dispatch immediately upon arrival.
- Once the delivery is completed,
contact Dispatch again to confirm completion.
- Continue to the next delivery and follow the same procedure.
- Updates are required for every delivery throughout the day.
Communication With Dispatch Regular communication with Dispatch is mandatory.
Drivers are required to
- Inform Dispatch when arriving at each delivery.
- Inform Dispatch when leaving each delivery.
- Report delays or long waiting times immediately.
- Report any delivery, customer, truck, trailer, or route issues.
- Keep Dispatch informed of your location and progress throughout the entire shift.
+1 (phone hidden) Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 12.0 per week
