As a Dry Land Operator, you will coordinate with the General Manager and Service Coordinator to manage the retrieval, launching, and storage of boats. Effective communication and strong organizational skills are vital for overseeing yard operations, ensuring safety practices, and addressing maintenance needs. You'll also ensure compliance with safety regulations in this outdoor position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts and trucks for materials and boat handling
• Coordinate with General Manager on service requests

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift operator experience with certification
