District Manager, Montreal and St. Lawrence Valley (bilingual)

The District Manager is a field-based, sales-driven role responsible for growing SiriusXM business within an assigned territory of automotive dealerships in Canada. Through regular, in-person visits, you will build relationships with dealership management and New Vehicle Sales, Pre-Owned, and Service teams, turning those relationships into measurable sales results. A key priority is driving dealer adoption and factory ordering of SiriusXM’s current extended service subscription option, which is included in the vehicle’s purchase price. You will help dealership leaders understand the program’s value, secure their commitment to ordering the option, and equip their teams to confidently communicate its benefits to customers.

You will also strengthen participation in SiriusXM trial programs and help increase post-trial customer conversions through hands-on training, coaching, merchandising, marketing initiatives, and sales incentives. Using dealership performance data, you will identify growth opportunities, develop action plans,



and follow through to deliver results. Success requires a proactive sales mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and motivate dealership teams. Consistent face-to-face engagement with dealership staff and management is foundational to this role, and regular travel throughout the assigned territory is essential.

Key Accountabilities

- Drive territory sales growth by achieving monthly revenue targets and dealer adoption and ordering goals aligned with company KPIs.
- Grow dealer adoption and factory ordering of SiriusXM’s extended service subscription option, helping dealership management understand its value and incorporate it into vehicle ordering practices.
- Spend 40–50% of working time in dealerships, engaging face-to-face with management and staff to secure program commitments.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts across New Vehicle Sales, Pre-Owned, and Service departments to expand participation in SiriusXM programs.
