First Meridian Services is seeking a Production Manager for its Ontario bakery operations. You will plan and execute all production processes, monitor quality and costs, and provide administrative support.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, and team organization to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. In this quick-paced environment you will lead, coach, and mentor staff, enforce GMP/SQF standards, and coordinate closely with shipping, receiving, and operations leadership to optimize throughput
