Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for efficient transactions
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform basic math calculations for change and totals
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, seating area, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions,



and ensuring a positive experience
- Support team members with serving food and beverages, restocking supplies, and managing busy periods effectively

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
