Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cashing out customers, managing cash handling duties with integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks, ensuring all items meet safety standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to uphold food safety standards.




- Support the team during busy periods by serving food, managing queues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed.
