Tiny Twins is a café at 2985 Granville Street in Vancouver’s South Granville neighbourhood. We serve espresso-based drinks, matcha, pastries, sandwiches, etc. and care about great drinks and making our regulars feel at home. We're building a community here.
The Role
We’re hiring experienced baristas for full-time and part-time positions. You’ll make high-quality espresso drinks, give friendly and efficient service, and help keep the café running smoothly through busy rushes.
Pay
- $18.25/hour plus shared tips
- Tips are pooled and shared among the team bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, teas and specialty beverages to our standards
- Steam and texture milk, including latte art
- Take orders and handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Greet customers warmly and keep the line moving during peak hours
- Keep the bar, equipment and café clean and stocked
- Help with opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Comfortable pulling shots, dialling in espresso and steaming milk
- Friendly, reliable and calm under pressure
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Shared tips on top of hourly pay

Schedule Shifts between 8:30am - 8:30pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 10:30pm Friday - Sunday. Full-time and part-time available.
