Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.




- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Experience operating POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash registers.
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food service operations including serving, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards is a plus.
