Threads Brow Bar is seeking a store operations manager to oversee daily activities at our Nanaimo location. The role requires directing and evaluating operations, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to budgets and inventory controls.
You will establish policies, supervise procurement, and address customer concerns. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of management experience, a College/CEGEP education, and the ability to work fully in office at the physical location.
