We are hiring Behaviour Therapists to deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under the clinical direction of a BCBA, with regular supervision and parent coaching built in.

What you’ll do

- Run one-on-one ABA sessions in the child’s home, following the BCBA’s treatment plan
- Teach communication, daily living, social, and play skills
- Take data during sessions and write clear session notes
- Use positive behaviour support strategies and follow the behaviour plan
- Work with parents and the BCBA, and attend supervision and team meetings

What you bring

- Education or training in ABA, psychology, ECE, child and youth work, or a related field




- Hands-on experience with children with autism (RBT certification or an ABA program is a strong asset)
- Reliable and organized, with strong professional boundaries
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to get one before starting)
- A vehicle and the ability to travel to clients in Brampton and nearby areas
- Availability on weekdays after school, evenings, or weekends
