Mission

We are looking for a Buyer to support procurement activities and ensure effective follow-up with suppliers. This role will primarily involve data entry and maintenance within ERP systems, as well as monitoring purchase orders and supplier commitments.

Contract duration: Up to 6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data entry and updates in EPICOR (ERP) and related systems.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery dates, and order status.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to obtain required information and ensure proper order follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the relevant systems.
- Prepare and update purchasing tracking reports and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders and deliveries.
