Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of the Asset Management practice, including project delivery, workload planning, resource allocation, KPIs, profitability, productivity, and safe, on-time, on-budget results. Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, delivery frameworks, project execution methods, and cross-functional operational alignment.
