Position Summary

Performs various clerical activities in the billing department, including data entry, information verification and bill generation. Additionally, will play a crucial role in resolving billing discrepancies and providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries related to billing and invoicing and general administration, in a dynamic and busy office environment.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 40 hours

What you will do

- High-volume billing, including cross-border transactions
- General administrative support to the team
- Scanning and processing paperwork and timesheets
- Labeling and organizing documents (PPW)
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with ad hoc requests as needed

What You’ll Bring

- 2 years of relevant experience, in billing, ideally within transportation/logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- College diploma or equivalent is an asset

Along with the following Skills & Competencies

- Proficient in MS Excel and Word is required
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Robust ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills
