Frankie’s Pasta is a fresh, fun food booth at the Langley Christmas Market, serving big bowls of pasta to a big holiday crowd. We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we have two back-of-house roles open.

The market will run daily from November 26 - December 24

Position A: On-Site Pasta Finisher (at the market booth)

$22/hour plus tips (tips split evenly between FOH + BOH based on hours worked each day)

Pasta arrives par cooked, and you’ll finish it to order with a variety of sauces and add-ons, fast and consistently, during high-volume rushes.

- Finish par-cooked pasta with sauces and add-ons to order
- Keep up with a fast-paced, high-volume ticket flow
- Maintain consistent portions, quality, and presentation
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and food-safe
- Communicate well with the front-of-house team

Position B: Off-Site Prep Cook (at the commissary kitchen) $24/hour

You’ll prepare the food that keeps our booth stocked, working independently to produce high volumes to spec and on schedule.

- Prep and cook pasta in large quantities
- Make sauces from our recipes, consistently and to spec
- Portion, label,



and package product for transport to the booth
- Follow food safety, storage, and labelling standards
- Manage your own workload to hit daily prep targets

What we’re looking for (both roles)

- Experience in a high-volume kitchen, food stall, fast-casual, or commissary environment
- Productive, organized, and calm under pressure
- Reliable, on time, and a strong team player
- Self-motivated, especially for the prep role
- Availability on mornings, evenings and weekends (on-site) or early mornings (prep), and holidays (both)
- Comfortable working in a compact booth in cold weather (on-site role)
- Food Safe certification or government approved alternative (SafeCheck Advanced Canadian Food Safety Certification, ADVANCED.fst, etc)
