We are seeking compassionate and skilled RPNs for part-time, casual positions with overnight responsibilities. Your work will focus on implementing individualized care plans and ensuring clients’ comfort and safety at home. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per care plans and CNO standards
• Administer medications and monitor health outcomes
• Perform wound care, injections, and health assessments
• Report significant client health changes accurately
• Provide personal care and daily living support

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Robust English communication skills, additional languages an asset
• Previous home or community nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
• Current Basic Life Support certification
