In this full time position, you will report to the VP of Finance and leverage your accounting and FP&A; skills to drive profitability and cost management across North America. The role is part of a results-driven Finance team dedicated to enhancing financial activities and ensuring effective business support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and month-end reports
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis
• Analyze operational performance and present findings
• Partner with Operations for improved profitability
• Support audits and develop financial models
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, SAP preferred
