1. Bread Baker

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bread Baker with experience in baking and food preparation. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality bread and baked goods while maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness standards.

Duties

- Prepare dough and ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Mix, knead, proof, and bake bread products using commercial bakery equipment.
- Ensure all baked items are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace.
- Package finished products for sale or delivery, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Follow food safety and proper food-handling procedures at all times.
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory and restocking.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient bakery operations.
- Maintain consistent product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in baking and knowledge of bread-making techniques.
- Previous restaurant, bakery, or food industry experience preferred.
- Strong food preparation and food-handling skills.
- Knowledge of commercial baking equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and packaging procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

1. Bun Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bun Machine Operator to operate and monitor our Duetto 2 bun machine in a fast-paced wholesale bakery environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically minded, works well under pressure,



and takes pride in producing a consistent, high-quality product.

Duties

- Set up, start, and operate the Duetto 2 bun machine safely and efficiently.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain proper bun size, weight, shape, and consistency.
- Monitor dough flow and machine performance throughout production.
- Check product quality regularly and make corrections when necessary.
- Identify and report mechanical issues, wear, or malfunctions to management or maintenance.
- Work with the mixer and production team to keep dough feeding into the machine on schedule.
- Minimize downtime by keeping the production line organized and prepared.
- Handle dough properly to reduce waste and maintain product standards.
- Clean and sanitize the machine and surrounding work area at the end of the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and routine operational checks.
- Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery, food production plant, or manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and product consistency.
- Basic mechanical ability and confidence troubleshooting minor machine issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with dough or bakery production lines.
- Understanding of production flow, timing, and quality control.
- Ability to recognize when machine adjustments are needed to maintain output and consistency.
