Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a friendly dining environment
- Take accurate breakfast orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for all guests
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



special requests, or concerns promptly
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are maintained at all times

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cash transactions is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques within the food industry
- Ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or food industry experience will be considered a plus for understanding food presentation and service flow
