Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Bricklayers and Apprentices to join our construction team. This role involves working on various masonry projects, including new constructions, renovations, restorations, and restoration work. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills in masonry, blueprint reading, and the operation of heavy equipment while contributing to high-quality building projects.

Both experienced bricklayers and eager apprentices are encouraged to apply, as training and mentorship are provided for those starting their careers in construction. Winter work

Responsibilities

- Lay bricks, blocks, and stone according to project specifications and blueprints
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with renovation and restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged masonry structures
- Mix mortar and other materials necessary for construction tasks
- Use caulking techniques for sealing joints and ensuring waterproofing
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal

Skills





- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Experience in masonry work or related construction fields is preferred
- Knowledge of renovation, restoration, and caulking techniques
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
