As a Building Plan Checker 1, you will engage in technical and clerical tasks related to checking building plans for single and two-family dwellings. Your role involves examining submitted plans, identifying non-conformities, and preparing building permits when regulations are met. Additionally, you will maintain records, draft correspondence, and assist municipal employees with inquiries regarding building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
