We’re Hiring: Business Analyst | Mississauga, ON

Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)

Role Overview:

Aptino Inc. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and digital transformation needs.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with SI1/SI2 digital initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Partner with product owners, UX/design, architecture, development, QA, and delivery teams.
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential business impacts.
- Support UAT planning, test scenario development, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
- Prepare process documentation, presentations,



and stakeholder status updates.
- Support change management, implementation readiness, and post-production validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or enterprise technology projects.
- Robust expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and dependencies.
