Role Description The Business Development Executive – Sales – AI Products is a contract, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON at our daisy office. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Nugget.ai’s AI-powered talent solutions, including prospecting and qualifying leads in target markets.

Daily activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, social channels, and networking events; delivering product presentations and demos; and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing. The individual in this role works closely with internal teams to understand product capabilities, refine messaging, and ensure a strong alignment between client needs and Nugget.ai solutions. Ongoing responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting, and building long-term relationships with clients to drive growth.

Qualifications alifications

- Candidates should possess strong 2- 4 years of New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to proactively identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients.




- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of B2B SaaS or AI-based products, Autonomous AI , Agentic AI and the ability to articulate value to various stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities across in-person and virtual settings.
- Experience in Account Management, with skills in relationship building, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling solutions.
- Proven track record in sales or business development roles, preferably in technology, AI, HR tech, or SaaS environments.
- Ability to work in office in Mississauga, ON, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management; familiarity with modern sales methodologies is an asset.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
