We’re looking for a Director of Finance to oversee our day-to-day financial operations, planning and reporting as we enter a recent phase of growth. Reporting to the CFO, this role will act as a senior finance leader in the Company and work cross-functionally across the organization. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys building and improving processes, implementing strategy, and contributing to a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

- Develop a strong understanding of the Company business strategy and how it is best reflected in the financial systems, ensuring that key metrics are identified and monitored
- Lead the annual budget process including rolling forecasts and projections
- Build and maintain the financial forecastmodels for the Company; track financial results and prepare scenarios based on the business strategies
- Deliver and present budget to actuals analysis to senior leadership
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for all business units, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines
