Your expertise in lean manufacturing, project management, and people development will help enhance plant performance, drive KPIs, and support efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 5S implementation and coordinate department collaboration
• Develop KPIs to communicate manufacturing performance
• Facilitate management reviews and daily discussions
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and lean training
• Support new product launches and operational problem solving
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in operations transformation
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and manufacturing processes
