We're currently seeking a Senior Development Manager to join our growing team.
The Chance As Senior Development Manager, you will play a leadership role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Cameron Corporation' land development projects.
Working closely with consultants, contractors, municipalities, utility providers, investors, and internal teams,



you'll oversee projects from acquisition and planning through construction and final acceptance. This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, financial oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned with our long-term vision.

Your Impact Development Planning & Approvals Lead land development projects from acquisition and planning through approvals and construction.
Manage due diligence, zoning amendments, subdivision applications, and regulatory approvals.
Coordinate consultants, legal advisors, and municipal stakeholders to advance projects efficiently.
Ensure projects align with market opportunities, municipal requirements, and business objectives.
Engineering & Design Coordination Oversee engineering consultants and design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Review development designs and technical drawings to ensure quality, compliance, and constructability.
Coordinate municipal submissions, servicing agreements, permits, and approvals.
Resolve technical challenges and support achievement of project milestones.
Construction & Contract Management Manage procurement, tendering, contract administration, and contractor performance.
Oversee construction activities, schedules, budgets, and project execution from pre-construction through final acceptance.
