In this role you acquire and onboard recent retail and business members, uncover needs through Financial Health Checks, and recommend banking, lending, and investment solutions.
You will manage small accounts, build a robust sales pipeline through referrals and follow-up, and support front-line and omni-channel interactions in a collaborative Advice Centre.
