Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a remote work setting and are passionate about providing exceptional service coordination across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between clients, service teams, and management, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and manage service requests from clients, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients. Maintain and update records of service activities, schedules, and progress reports.

Monitor project timelines and escalatory issues to management when necessary. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for client communications.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Proven experience in service coordination, customer support, or project management. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common project management tools.



Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in service coordination, client support, or a related role.

Experience in a remote work setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with Canadian service standards and client expectations is a plus. Full‐time position, standard business hours with flexibility as needed.
