M3 C is recruiting a Senior IT Project Manager – ESG & Health & Safety (ID710) for a 12-month mandate with the possibility of renewal. This is a 100% remote position, with occasional travel required within Canada and internationally. This consulting engagement focuses on delivering strategic initiatives within the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and Health & Safety portfolios. The selected consultant will lead technology projects of varying complexity, ranging from system enhancements and process improvements to enterprise solution implementations.
The responsibilities are: Lead one or more IT projects of varying size and complexity within the ESG and Health & Safety business domains;
Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps;
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, procurement activities, risks, issues, changes,



and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle;
Coordinate project activities across business units, operational sites, technology teams, and external vendors;
Establish and maintain effective governance structures, decision forums, escalation paths, and reporting routines;
Manage vendor relationships, statements of work, contractual commitments, and service delivery performance;
Provide transparent project reporting to operational leaders, directors, vice-presidents, and governance committees;
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies according to project requirements;
Support stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption of delivered solutions;
Promote project management best practices and contribute to knowledge
