Project Manager, New Product Introduction – Advanced ImagingAt Teledyne FLIR’s Integrated Imaging Solutions business, advanced machine vision, stereo and spherical camera technologies support applications across robotics, medical and life sciences, consumer electronics and entertainment.
As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex product development and Recent Product Introduction (NPI) projects, connecting Engineering, Product Management,



Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations. If you enjoy bringing structure to technical challenges and turning product priorities into successful launches, this role offers significant cross-functional impact.
What you’ll doLead product development and NPI projects through commercialization and production launch.
Build integrated plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve resource or execution constraints.
Identify risks early and drive clear mitigation, ownership and escalation.
Facilitate project, risk and phase-gate reviews and enable timely decisions.
Provide concise reporting on milestones, project health, decisions and actions.
Guide projects through PLM processes and required gate criteria.
