Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in high-end and retail vehicle sales. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

The Car

Salesperson will play a key role in promoting our vehicles, upselling features, and supporting dealership sales objectives through effective communication and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts to generate new leads and expand the customer base
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and present features tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support B2B sales initiatives by establishing relationships with corporate clients and fleet accounts
- Upsell additional vehicle features, warranties, and service packages to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotional offers to assist customers efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email,



or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in managing sales support activities and maintaining organized records of all transactions

Requirements

- Proven experience in dealership or retail car sales, with a strong background in high-end or B2B sales preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing principles related to automotive sales and customer engagement strategies
- Familiarity with sales management tools, CRM systems, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation required

Pay rate and schedule will be discussed upon interview. Pay: From $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 per week
