POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a full-time dedicated Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and day-to-day operation of a private island property on Lake Muskoka. This hands-on role is ideal for a highly reliable, resourceful, and professional individual who is service-oriented, and enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, coordinating trades, and taking pride in maintaining a property to the highest standards. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular, clear coordination with the property owners, as well as trades, contractors, and neighbours.

The successful candidate will act as a steward of the property, ensuring it remains safe, well-maintained, and ready for its owners and guests throughout the year. While the role is busiest during the spring, summer, and fall seasons, regular property checks and maintenance activities are required during the winter months. This is a role built around flexibility, with longer days during the busier seasons and a lighter, more measured pace of activity through the winter months.

Start date will be determined by mutual agreement.
