Hightower Woodworks is looking for a dependable apprentice or helper to join our team. This is an opportunity to learn hands-on skills in cabinetry, woodworking, and railing installation, with paid schooling and room to advance.
Experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do
- Assist with woodworking, cabinetry, and railing projects.
- Help measure, prepare, assemble, and install materials.
- Learn to use tools and equipment safely and accurately.
- Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized.
- Take on more responsibility as your skills develop.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who takes initiative and can work independently once trained and given direction.
- A reliable team member who shows up ready to work.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- A willingness to ask questions, learn, and follow safe work practices.
- Previous carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience is an asset, but isn’t required.
