Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling duties with precision, including giving change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos when needed to showcase features and advantages to customers
- Upsell related products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes without sacrificing quality

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately




- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining store presentation
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly phone etiquette for assisting customers over the phone when necessary
- Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous but not required
