Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product selections
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Manage phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette and provide information about products or store policies
- Handle basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and returns efficiently while maintaining accuracy





Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products enhances your ability to perform product demos effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly with attention to detail and integrity
- Basic math skills necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience in merchandising, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence is highly valued
