We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Provide product demos and explain features to customers to enhance their understanding and interest
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle cash,



process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
- Support team members with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos is a plus
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., bilingual in English and another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising techniques, and phone etiquette is advantageous

This role requires individuals who are personable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a rapid-paced environment. Prior experience in retail or customer service will help ensure success in delivering outstanding service while supporting store operations. Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour
