Join a leading interior design firm as a Quick Books Financial Controller, working fully remote. Bring your exceptional Quick Books expertise to manage all accounting operations and reporting requirements.
As a Financial Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and take full ownership of the company's accounting operations. Your role includes transitioning from an external accounting firm to an in-house function while managing the General Ledger, month-end closes, and overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable. Your deep knowledge of Quick Books is vital as you will configure and optimize the system to fit the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize Quick Books for the company
• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger monthly
• Prepare detailed financial statements and P&L; reports
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
• Interface with clients on accounting requests
Requirements:
• Expertise in Quick Books and prior financial controller experience
• C1/C2 English proficiency is mandatory
• Solid management of month-end close and reconciliations
• Detail-oriented with strong error reduction skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
