Under the responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent of this position must ensure the proper functioning of the electronic control systems present on our production equipment or auxiliary systems. He/she proposes improvement actions in order to keep all of our systems effective and up‑to‑date. He/she participates in the analysis of opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Identify actions to improve or update existing equipment and recommend them to the immediate supervisor within a realistic budget.
- Maintain all technical documentation related to activities (technical plan, work procedures, etc.) and act as a technical advisor to the plant in Cornwall or the Glopak Equipment division.
- Conduct regular inspections of systems to ensure they are working properly.
- Keep a close follow‑up with the buyer on certain critical parts in stock.
