L'Arche Winnipeg invites compassionate Community Support Workers to live, work and learn with adults who have developmental disabilities in our group homes. This casual, part time role emphasizes daily living support, safety, personal care, and meaningful community involvement.

You will help with ISPs, documentation, medication administration and health monitoring, while fostering dignity, respect and supportive relationships in a home-like setting.
