We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Keep the sales floor organized and stocked, ensuring products are well-presented
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
- Demonstrate effective time management by balancing multiple customer interactions efficiently




- Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our customer base
- Knowledge of technology sales, product demos, and technical sales techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for cash handling is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or online
