This on-call position offers shifts from 7:00am to 11:00pm with required weekend availability. You will provide compassionate nursing care, building meaningful relationships with residents, and serving their health needs. Key Responsibilities

- Administer prescribed medications as per physician orders
- Document and communicate with clients, families, and team members
- Promote wellness through education and self-care support
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Guide and support unregulated care workers during shifts

Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
- Minimum one year of Geriatric Nursing experience
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check required
