Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their mobile device and service needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to educate customers about device capabilities
- Assist customers in selecting smartphones, accessories, and service plans that best suit their requirements
- Perform merchandising duties to ensure the store displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
- Maintain a clean,
organized workspace and ensure the store environment is welcoming at all times
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining quality service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in product presentation and customer interactions
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers effectively
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service orientation are essential
